Medical transport planned and ready for invoicing, in one platform

At a medical transport company, the administration of trips and orders ran partly on Excel and printed lists, and on an outdated system. The platform digitises the whole operation, from order and trip to driver and invoice. Orders are bundled per customer and cost centre and are ready for invoicing every Monday morning.

An organisation with four brands wanted to be able to show that mandatory training was in order. Employees log in with a code by email, follow courses with a final test and receive a PDF certificate in the house style of their brand. Managers assign courses, see per location who has finished and export the overview for an audit.

A loyalty platform for entertainment venues, as a layer on top of the existing card system. Guests link their card in the app, earn points with purchases and challenges and redeem them on site. The balance is always the sum of all entries, and every entry counts only once. Each venue gets its own theme and its own earning rules.

Frontend

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind

Fast, accessible screens that work on phone, tablet and desktop. Built on a widely used standard, so you are not tied to one supplier. Multilingual where needed.

Apps

Expo, React Native, PWA

One codebase for iOS and Android. If an app store is not needed, we build a web app you install on your phone. Each brand gets its own theme.

Websites

Payload CMS, headless

Editors manage the content themselves, in a tailor-made admin environment. One installation can serve several websites, each on its own domain. We migrate existing WordPress sites.

Backend

Node.js, Prisma, Drizzle, Zod

Frontend and backend are written in the same language, which makes maintenance simpler. All input is validated before it reaches the database.

Data

PostgreSQL, Redis

A proven open-source database. Every customer has a shielded environment, with its own schema where needed. Structural changes go through migrations, with daily backups.

Access

Auth.js, Better Auth, two-step verification

Log in with a password or with a code by email. Administrators confirm with a second step. Every request is checked for session and role, and repeated login attempts are slowed down.

Security

Row Level Security, least privilege, audit log

Data is separated per organisation. The application only has the database rights it needs, and administrator actions are logged.

Hosting

Vercel, Railway, Neon, Cloudflare R2

A new version is live within minutes. Test, staging and production are separated. Hosting is in the EU by default.

Testing and monitoring

Vitest, Playwright, Sentry, UptimeRobot

Automated tests run on every change. They also check that no passwords or keys are in the code and that the components used are up to date. Errors and outages in production are reported immediately.

AI

Anthropic, OpenAI

We use AI where it demonstrably saves work. Each agent has one well-defined task. Results refer to their source, and a human approves before anything goes live.

Integrations

We connect to the systems you already use: marketing data, messaging and email, booking and card systems. Exports to PDF, Word and Excel.

All our software runs on servers in the EU, with separate test and production environments and daily backups.

Our way of working is set up in line with the principles of ISO 27001. Not yet formally certified.

Responsible AI

Designed in line with the EU AI Act

Risk assessment per system and human oversight. Users always see when they are dealing with an AI system.

Healthcare and privacy

GDPR and NEN 7510 aware

GDPR compliant, with a data processing agreement. For healthcare applications we work according to the principles of NEN 7510.

Praevide is a small software agency with over twenty years of experience between web and business. That experience started in 2004 with websites and webshops, and grew into software that companies work with every day.

You work directly with the person who builds: someone who first wants to understand your process, and who also understands how a business earns its money. The name PRAEVIDE is Latin for foreseeing. That is how we work too: first look at what is needed, then build.
